To change the email of a User, hover your mouse over the Manage button in the header menu.
A drop down list will appear.
By selecting the option "Users", a new page will open up with a list of all the Users of your Company.
Find the user whose the role you want to change and click on his current role.
A drop down list will appear with all the roles that exist (User, Dispatcher, Admin, Xero Admin).
Click on the role you wish to appoint on the specific user and it will immediately change.
Once the user logs in the new role will be applied.
If the user is already logged in he will just have to reload the page he is currently work on, in order for the new role to apply on his account.
* The role of a user can only be changed by the Superadmin and the Admin/s of the Company.
