As an Approver I review documents that are being sent to me from the Dispatcher. Any user of the Company can be appointed as Approver.
When any of the Dispatchers of the Company appoint me as Approver of a document or an “Entry Line” I receive an email which informs me that a document needs my approval.
There are two ways of reviewing a document:
- I can “Approve” or “Reject” the specific document directly from the email by clicking the relevant button without the need of viewing it.
- I can also click the word “link” on the email to direct me to a new page with the document opened so I can view it and then “Approve” or “Reject” it by clicking the relevant button on the bottom of this new page.
